Step three, a dispatcher or anyone in the company creates a work assignment in GamePlanPro™ just like they always do.

Step four, the person assigning the work can ask GPP-AI-Motiv to factor in the technician's career goals. If the system sees a learning opportunity that fits those goals, it connects the two and updates the work description to highlight the opportunity. It flags moments where the work order can be used as a learning experience. The assigner can accept the suggestion, adjust it, or keep the original instructions.
